2. Product condition (very important)

Many items we sell are:

  • Pre-owned

  • Vintage

  • One-of-a-kind

We aim to describe all items accurately, including:

  • Condition

  • Wear and tear

  • Functionality

However, by purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Vintage items will show signs of age

  • Minor imperfections are to be expected

  • Performance may differ from modern equivalents

3. Vinyl grading

Where applicable, vinyl records are graded using standard industry grading (e.g. VG, VG+, NM).
Grading is subjective but carried out carefully and honestly.

 

4. Electronics and equipment

For items such as decks, microphones, and audio equipment:

  • Items are tested where stated in the listing

  • Unless explicitly stated, items are not refurbished or guaranteed long-term

  • Due to age, future performance cannot be guaranteed

 

5. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£)

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

 

6. Ownership of goods

Goods remain the property of Radical Retro Records until full payment has been received.

 

7. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched every Friday of the week  

  • Delivery times are estimates

  • We are not responsible for courier delays

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item
